Our Vision:
At Ludlow Primary School, our core mission is to prepare every child with the skills they need to thrive in their education and to offer experiences that will enrich their lives well beyond the classroom. We believe this is best achieved in an environment that truly understands childhood – one that celebrates the Arts, encourages participation in sport, fosters curiosity about the world, and builds a sense of belonging where every individual’s voice and contribution are valued. Above all, we aim to nurture happiness, kindness, honesty and independence, so that children grow not only as successful learners, but as confident, compassionate individuals.
Our 4 Core Values are:
Kindness
We believe kindness is the foundation of a positive and supportive community, where every child learns to treat others with empathy, respect, and care.
Honesty
We teach that honesty builds trust and integrity, encouraging children to take responsibility for their actions and to speak the truth with courage and respect.
Independence
We nurture independence by encouraging children to think for themselves, make responsible choices, and develop the confidence to take initiative in their learning and daily lives.
Happiness
We value happiness as essential to learning, creating a joyful and caring environment where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to grow.
