Mental Health and Wellbeing
“It’s OK not to be OK”
At Ludlow Primary School, we are committed to supporting the emotional health and well-being of our pupils and staff. We know that everyone experiences life challenges and times of stress that can make us vulnerable and at times, anyone may need additional emotional support. We aim to work as whole community to promote positive mental health.
“It’s good to talk”
At Ludlow Primary School, we encourage emotional literacy, modelled in weekly JIGSAW PSHE lessons and developed throughout all school life. Children have opportunities to explore their emotions and find trusted people to talk to. Sometimes we need more support, reassurance or someone different to talk to. The links below offer some suggestions.
