Ludlow Primary School (for ages 2-11)
We care and educate children from the age of 2 years.
Our children learn through play and other activities. We encourage imaginative play through small world and role-play, construction, messy play and outdoor activities. Every child experiences Early Years Maths, Literacy and Science through energetic play in a safe and fun environment. We have full access to all school facilities including a lovely wooded area. We have a nurturing, supportive and experienced team of staff who value each child as unique and independent learners. Our provision is child-led which means that staff continually observe, assess and interact with children to get a comprehensive grasp of their stage of development, unique styles of learning and areas of interest. It is important to us that all parents are actively encouraged to be involved in their child’s education and we place great importance on communication between the setting and home. We also think it is important to encourage and support the children to be independent in their self-care.
We offer sessions in term time Monday-Friday mornings 9.00am-12.00pm and afternoon sessions 12.00pm-3.00pm at a cost of £13.50 a session. If you are eligible, we accept 24U funding.
Children are able to start after their 2nd birthday unless they are eligible for 24U funding. 24U funding is available from the term after the child turns 2 years old.
